User has 2 names.nsf, how to point to only 1?

We set up a user a while ago to be a roaming user. It ended up that the user only accessed his e-mail/Notes over the Internet. His work location just got put on the network last week. As a result, we installed the Notes 7.0.2 client on his computer. We ran into a situation. The user has a local address book on his hard drive as well as an address book on the server (\roaming\username\names.nsf). I’m not sure how it happened but that is where we are.

Can I copy and paste entries between the two address books?

How do I “tell” the client to only look at the user’s server address book?

Thank you.

Yes, you can copy/paste address book entries from one address book to another.

Your best bet to get everything straight would probably be to save the server names.nsf somewhere, do an unroam, from the saved names.nsf copy/paste any entries needed to the one on the client PC, and do a reroam.
