User getting 2 copies when mail sent to group

Hello,

I am having a problem with a user who is getting multiple copies of mail whenever it is sent to a group.

When sent to her own individual address she gets one email, however if someone sends an email to a group that she belongs to, she gets two copies of that particular email.

Any idea of what could cause this? Your help is appreciated.

I have deleted Cache.ndk just to make sure it wasn’t something hanging up in her client. Checked her mail file and it occurs there.

She is the only user reporting this issue, other members of the group recieve only one email.

Any ideas?

check the entries in the group does the users name and/or other names come up twice?

No users name only appears once in the group.

Check the usernames of the user for an alias in his person document, or perhaps an old name… The user may not show twice in the group, but may appear as another name that is an alias in his person document… Did you check that?

I checked that, the user hasn’t had any name changes or certifier moves. No aliases or the like. This one has me stumped.
