User email signatures - preventing

can users be prevented from setting their own email signature? We do this automatically now.

I can’t seem to find a policy setting for it

you possibly could modify your mail template so that users cant choose this option.But at the end, a signature is only a piece of text at the end of a mail… and users can still type any text they want.

My recommendation: Educate the users not to use own signatures any longer.
