User declined Inotes add-on, how do I get it to come back?

I have tried looking all over the place for this to no avail.

So I have been having some users decline the installation of the iNotes add-on/activex control.

How can I get IE to ask this question again so the users can actually install the control?

Any information you can give me is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Subject: Remove the IBM Certificate

In Internet Explorer 8 go to Tools > Internet Options > Content (tab) > Certificates - Publishers (button). Check the tabs and remove any IBM Certificates.

iNotes will again prompt the user to accept ActiveX Control downloads and allow him to trust content from IBM.

Subject: yeah…

i’ve had that happen, they say no cause they don’t know what “international business machines” is, so they get scared and say no. Don’t know why it can’t just identify itself as IBM for pete’s sake. Mind you the same users merrily click yes to any virus that wants to leap on their computer through Microsoft IE.

I can’t remember what I did to get it sorted, though, sorry…
