Somehow 1 of my users converted their mail file to an archive database, rather than the normal iNotes6 template. Everything shows as archive. I’ve tried to replace the template but it doesn’t put the database back to normal.
Is there some hidden property that tells the system to read this as an archive? How can I get this database back to a normal mail file rather than an archive?
