Hi,
we have multiple users on multiple servers who’s ID file has expired. The problem I have is that other users received the renewal notification and followed the instructions but others say that they did not get the prompts.
There are too many to assume that they all ignored the message. Is there a setting for this or some way that I can check to see if it is working or not correctly?
