Hello Everyone:
I have a strange problem. A user is unable to see her old e-mails on the inbox as soon as she opens and closes them they dissapear. They can be found on the all documents view but not on the inbox. If I log in as the administrator I can see on her inbox all the messages and also if I take her id and log on my computer using her id I can see all the messages. It seems to be something with her computer or the installation of notes. She got a new computer but I did not do the installation of notes. Any ideas or places where I can take a look to see how to solve the problem?
Thanks

In the blue action bar, click the “View All” button.

I have done that and I can see that the view is refreshing but only the new e-mails show anyways.

Remember the button is an ‘inverse’. When it is “Show All”, you are only looking at unread, and when it shows “Show Unread” it is showing all. I also had a user who couldn’t see the button, and had to use the menu item Actions → Show All/Unread to toggle it.
Have you rebuilt all the views (CTRL+SHIFT+F9)? Sometimes that’s what it takes.
