User can't get Mails via IMAP

Hi There

Like 1 out of 30 Users can’t get his Mails via IMAP, they’re getting following error.

SELECT failure. Folder not found in IMAP mail space.

The Inbox of these users is empty on the non-Notes Mail-Client (for example Thunderbird)

Replacing the Mailbox with the 8.5 Mail Template does not fix this problem.

They also dont have any ACL issues.

any idea?

It may not be the exact same scenario, but as the technote suggests, it may be due to corruption. Try a round of fixup, compact, and updall, and if that does not work, try a new copy, and if all else fails, give the user a fresh mailfile. (Make sure the database is IMAP enabled, as well)
