We want to put one default mail signature for all Lotus clients. Now while setup Lotus Notes in Users PC we create signature as well. But users are able to edit their signatures, please let me know any work around or solution to restrict users from editing or changing their signature.

You can change the mail design to not allow to. No t a good solution.Is an addin to notes client is a solution for you? This addin is a DLL that check the clients when save on any do is accors and it can check to see if the user changed it’s profile. It is loaded with the client.

We have a solution (Crossware Mail Signature) that centralizes the management of your email signatures and they become tamper-proof (the end-users aren’t able to modify their signature). Your signature would also become compatible with all mobile devices and you would have consistent email signatures wherever you send an email from.
