User cannot send mail with sections

Hi there!We have an email that has been forwarded many times.

The email has many sections. Now a user (A) has forwarded this email to another user (B) but the user B has not received the mail.

The user A has tried again but the mail was not delivered.

The mail in question goes in the sender’s (user A) sent items.

We have looked in the logs but there is no trace of the mail.

If user A creates a new email (without all the sections) and sends it to user B, the new mail is received correctly!

Does anybody have an idea about why this is happening and possible solutions please?

Select the message with all the sections, form the pull down menus do a “More/copy into new message”. Then send.
