User cannot see new arrived emails

HI

I have user who is listed in a group. This group has managers rights in a mail database. The user cannot see new arrived emails in this database while other users can. I have checked the rights of him, he is manager. I also removed the icon from the workspace and add it again, but this did not helped. What can I else check to find out why he is not able to see new arrived emails.

Subject: User cannot see new arrived emails

First check if he can see the mail in the all documents view.

If he can delete his cache.ndk and/or bookmark.nsf and/or remove icon and compact workspace

If he cannot then you have check the document fields. Even manager access won’t help if there are reader fields and he’s not listed.
