This is the setup :Environment : Notes Client
Fameset X - with two frames
Left Side: Frame A - Page with outline embedded in it
Right side: Frame B - View
For Form X, I have set the property to launch the form with Frameset X in Frame B
When I open the document from a doc link in email, as soon as the document launches if I press keys on the keyboard it starts writing on the status bar.
The focus just does not seem to set on the document. This happens in R5 and R6 both.
I am looking for a solution that will work in both environments.
Has anyone else faced this problem ?
I did find one way to solve this issue : Change the Frame A to launch a form instead of a Page !!!
But I really don’t understand why it does not work with the Page in the left frame.
I have tried several ways to set the focus on a field on the form in Frame B but it just does not seem to work.
Any other suggestion will be greatly appreciated.
