User can send only one message

I have one user who can send only one message. After sending that message and trying to re-open the mailfile / calendar he gets the error: You are not authorized to perform that operation. The user can show the ACL of the mailfile. He is manager of his own mailfile.The server / client version is 8.5.1, client with FP1. OS client computer is Windows 7, 64 bit. I made the user manager of his machine but that did not solve. The user has no local replica, works only whit the mailfile from the Domino server.

What could be the cause?

some ideas:

  • is he allowed to access Webmail? If Yes its a Client / ID Problem, if No its a server access problem

  • Maybe the User has not the same ID PW on Local then on Server, is he allowed create a or local replica of his mailfile he gets access error?
