I have a user who can access and read her email via webmail but cannot create a new memo, forward or reply. When she tries, she gets a Server Login box, but no ID and password works.
I have checked the following:

her fully qualified name is correct

her logon is correct

she has full manager access to her mailfile

she has no restrictions when working in Notes

Other users on her server (and mail folder) can bring up a new memo or reply
I have deleted forms, views and subforms from her mailfile and replaced her template both from her server and from another server (my own) that I know has no problems.
At this point it’s just this one user – and I have no idea what’s going on or what to try next. Any help gratefully accepted!
