A user’s ID was re-certified because it expired. The user can now access the notes email database again but is unable to perform functions in Quickr in a public Quickr place. Although the user can still logon to the place the functionality is limited. No public Quicker places are visible and no members appear for the place and the user cannot add or delete members. It appears that all of the permissions are set correctly and other users that belong to the same administrative group can carry out the functions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
