Some of our users start their inbox and are taken directly to the sent or trash folders. Is there a way to change this? We’ve tries a number of things and haven’t run across a solution.

Subject: User always starts inbox in sent folder
Go to FILE – DATABASE – PROPERTIES
Click on the LAUNCH tab (which is five tabs from the left).
Check Restore as last viewed by user
Open the mailbox and click on INBOX
Close the mailbox with the INBOX open
Reopen the mailbox
Go to FILE – DATABASE – PROPERTIES (once again)
Now uncheck Restore as last viewed by user
This should fix the problem. Now, the mailbox should open to the inbox always.
