If I see that in the User Activity box (File,Database,Properties,I tab,User Details), that Administrator has signed in, does that mean that the Admin opened my mail? Right now I see server name, and myself listed along with the occasional Admin entry. Besides opening my mail as Admin, is there any other way to have Admin. recorded in there?
Subject: User Activity
User activity is used to record interaction with your mail file by certified Notes entities. These include servers, people, and agents. It does not always mean that someone was “in” your mail file, but that a person, server or process using that identification read or wrote to your mail file. This can involve something as simple as a someone compacting your mailbox.
Admin might be a Notes logon for a person, but it could also be a logon for a agent that runs scheduled maintenance on your file. If you have specific questions about who is accessing your database, check with the person running your Notes network (or their manager).
