Hi!I´ve facing the following problem with a database that is accessed via web and has the property “Record Activity” check and “Activity is confidential” uncheck.
When I click “User Detail” button, the log only shows activities made by server. No user activity has been recorded.
I´ve been browsing the forum and I´ve found that some times there are blank entries, but in this case, it seems if no user has been using de DB.(and we know that is not true)
Any Ideas?

I faced this problem some time ago. In my case, there were lots of server activities due to replications and scheduled agents. But it was logging well when the user logged within its base.
You should take a deep look and test whether the user is really accessing or not its database. If the date is too short - because it only records 1400 entries and you may have lots of server access - then you should create an agent to remove server entries at User Details.
