If I look at the User Activity of any of our Notes users who also use a Blackberry device there is no activity recorded again’st there username. e.g. I would expect
16/06/2009 14:55:54 11 5 John Doe/Org
16/06/2009 14:57:54 11 5 John Doe/Org
instead we get
16/06/2009 14:55:54 11 5 BB Server name/Org
16/06/2009 14:57:54 11 5 BB Server name/Org
These people are not using the BB exclusively, they would also access their Notes client and send and receive email daily. We use a third party tool to identify and remove unused accounts and as it measures user activity again’st the username it is showing all our BB users mailfiles as being dormant. Any suggestions?
