Can I receive fax or send fax by using Notes ?

By using an add-on product, you can.

I’ve personnaly been implementing Domino with MRS (Message Routing System), which is a product by Cycos.

Great system to implement Unified Messaging!!

Yes you can. We use RightFax to act as our fax server.
