Is it possible to open .ntf database on internet?
I want to do change on it and test it on internet.

No, I’m pretty sure you cannot use an NTF as a normal database, however you CAN use an NSF as a design template.
Just get the properties on the NSF and give it your design name just as you would on the NTF.

The usual way to do this would be to create a new application as an .nsf, and when it is finished, copy the design to an .ntf.
If you want to upgrade an .ntf, you create a new .nsf w/o inheriting the design, and do your changes there. Then you create a new .ntf from the new design.
