Use LotusScript to add a community feed to the Lotus Notes Feeds sidebar?

Hello,

I’d like to send an announcement to our users that let’s them “click here” to add an RSS feed to our Connections Community site. Can I do this with LotusScript and a Lotus Notes email message?

Our general user population would find it tedious to go through the steps to add a new feed manually and I’d like to make it as easy as possible.
