Use local Addressbook Entries for Meetings - failure

Hello friends,

i have a problem with the notes client 7.0.3 on different machines or users…

The user wants to create a meeting.

He try to use a entry from the local addressbook an the client shows a error message, that the Domino server can’t resolve this name and ask for a new choice or cancel…

On another machine there is no problem with this…

I looked in the environment before, to make sure there is no problem in here…

Do you have a Tipp what the problem could be here?

Please try:

  1. Delete the entry from local address book

  2. Create new entry from Server address book to local address book

  3. Create a meeting again

  1. Open the Domino Directory (Server’s address book)

  2. Select the person from People view,

  3. Click the “Copy to Personal Address Book” button

  4. You will see the person in your local address book
