Is it possible to run a report from lotus notes to extract usage. Basically, the report should show the emails sent out (from and to fields), subject and the capacity of each email.
Subject: message tracking
Message tracking will give you this information, if you have had it enabled for the time period in question. To get a report of ALL emails sent/received on the server, leave all fields blank, choose your time period, and choose the server (not home server). You can right-click on the report and choose copy then paste it into whatever document type you want to store it in.
