Folders can be set up in mail file and they are good for the users. However, it gives bad habbit to the users as well. They get used moving some emails to the folders instead of deleting emails. No matter how big you set the mail file, the file will exceed the limit one day. What is the design strategy of Lotus Notes for the folders? Can we back up less frequent used contents of the folders to the local drive automatically to avoid overlimit of mail file size.
