Users would normally type “server” in the URL field of the Notes client and/or IE. This is internal… so no server.com required just common name registered in DNS. This works fine… but we need users to be able to enter “help” in the URL field (browsers translate this as http://help) and be redirected to a certain Db. It can be http://server/help.nsf (doesn’t have to be help - all same server). The DNS alias has ben setup… help is alias for server.abc.com (as known internally). I have tried different redirection docs (old R5 and internet sites/rules). I must be missing something… typing “help” does return a page… just the homepage for “server”. Thanks team…
