URL acting as text only

Hi

one of our user for leave application , he is not getting URL as hyperlink for approval of application. but it is only get text,

he should have to copy that text in browser and then and then he is able to open document.

though if he is forwarding the same mail then i m able to click it and will direct me to the application, but only for one user it is getting the problem.

wht might be the solution i dont know!!!

Please help, i got scared!!!

I’m assuming this is in the Notes client. I have encountered this issue. Try accessing the client’s user preferences and check “Make internet URLs… into hotspots.” This is in user preferences > basic > additional options.
