Urgent - Problem while trying to get handle of Binder in Domdoc

Hi Everyone,

I am getting a wierd error whole trying to get handle to the Binder in Domdoc. The error that I am recieving is as follows:

Error in ~Function FetchBinderHandle~ 213ddoc2api: Timeout occurred trying to access server. General network problems. A network cable is perhaps either loosely connected or not connected at all.

FetchBinderHandle is a function in a scheduled agent where it is trying to get a handle to the binder but it gives the above error.

Does anyone know or have faced this issue then please let me know at the earliest.
