URGENT problem: BES Wireless not Synching Calendar

We have Notes 6.5.2, BES is 4.0.2.4, Recently had problems when trying to switch from the trial version of BES to the full ver. Everything is OK now on the BES side, it shows the correct identifier in there… However, on the BlackBerry devices it shows the old (Trial) UID still and nothing is synching UP from the BB to the BES… The e-mail is coming down fine, but the calendar is not synching EITHER way…

I’ve been talking with the RIM reps for 7 hrs now without success - and I’ve got top level mgmt VERY upset - it’s been down for 2 days now… : s Could someone PLEASE help???

(I already uninstalled and reinstalled BES, tried deleting and sending service books, etc…)

I have had luck with

1 Wiping the Handheld

2 Deleting the user from BES

3 Adding the user to BES

4 Enterprise Activation

Doesn’t make sense but it works!

Actually, the BB rep(s) kept telling me that pushing down the service book would work, but it never did!

Thanks Bob, that’s exactly what I ended up doing - not exactly a great solution when you’ve got to have EVERYONE wipe out and reactivate their BB, but at least it’s been working!

Subject: Resend Service Books?

Have you tried resending the Service Book to the user’s handhelds. That should update the service ID.
