Hi All,
I’ve created an outline entry called “MyOutline”, my problem is whenever i drag and drop any UNREAD mails from the Inbox to this “MyOutline” entry this “MyOutline” entry text becomes BOLD. I don’t want it to be BOLD. How should i prevent this?
Please help me out.

Second, look in the embedded outline properties. First tab, special, show unread folder information.

Your use of “urgent” makes it less likely that you will get a good answer, in my opinion.
There are many more questions here than I have time to read, much less answer. I usually don’t even read messages that have “urgent” in the subject line; especially if it’s uppercase. It proves that you either didn’t read or don’t care about the guidelines for posting here. What makes you think you are an exception to the rule?
A message whose subject line says URGENT or that contains no information about the question (for instance if it says only “help”) has one strike against it already. It is very likely that the question will also be poorly worded and vague, and I will be forced to ask many additional questions to find out what the real problem is.
