Hi all,
My Chinese users hv a problem in opening PDF file from web site. Those Chinese named PDF files cannot be opened sometimes. It is said “item not found exception” in server log. If PDF file name is in English, no problem for it.
However, every time I save user’s Chinese file to my local disk and attach it into a document again, it can be opened from web site by me. However, not must success by other users.
Any idea on this strange problem? Pls help! Thx!

Hi Shellva,I have same requirement as you,Plz tell me how can we open the PDF files corresponding the documents in a frameset in internet explorer.I don’t want to open the forms from frameset but directly pdf files should be opened.
there are around 500 documents in a frameset so how can create and open the pdf corresponding to the documents when we open in browser.
plz help me this is very urgent.
