I have created a mailin db, also have a Mailin db document for the db, now I have to change the owner of the Mailin db to the Db name itself so that when someone sends or replies back to a mail in the db has the Db name stamped and can have Sent By stamp as well…

Assuming it’s based on the mail template just go into the mail preferences and change the owner. The mailin database name will need to be hierarchical
