I have the soft Siemens Data Suite installed in my pc for synchronisation but in the preferences of synchronisation , there is only one choice Microsoft Outlook, but no Lotus Notes … please help me …

You should be able to use any of the sync products that support Symbian. There are several, but Extended Systems’ One Bridge is a good example. JP Mobile’s Surewave is another.
