I’d like to send mails to some people in Agent.But the default sender name is me.
I want to change it as a different name by assinging in script. ( ex: “ADMIN” or “HR Service”, etc)
I used From field with mail.box in script.
But it does not work.
Do I have to write any specific coding in script?? Help me…It’s very urgent for me…

There a large section of the Agent FAQ that list several ways to do this (and why modifying mail.box is not a good idea). Principle is sensative to specific syntax you use, so please look at the examples in the article.

Set maildoc.Principle to whatever name you’d like the memo to appear from.Please note: Your name will still be showing in “from”, “on behalf of…” (you can not alter this).

The field name is spelt Principal rather than Principle.
