We have a huge problem. We have a content management database that are used as a library. It is maintained by the users. They are writting down their procedure and doc. in that database, and link everything together by hotspot in the rich text field.
It is working like that since many years, and now, we start having problems.
Hotspots are working in the notes client, but on the web, it is only text (not hyperlink), or sometime, we can see a little doclink icon beside of it.
We are in the middle of a migration from R5 to R7. Most of the users are completed, and all servers are up to 7, except one. It seems the database we have problem is hosted on that server.
I thought maybe it can be something like, the document has been updated with an R7 client, and the R5 server have problem to understand the R7 doclink, but we took that document on a DEV server, which is in R7, I resaved the document, and it still not working.
