I have a Microsoft Access Database thats creates a report tha gets mailed to a specific user. All my Users are using the same Access 97 Runtime and the same version of Lotus Notes 6.5.1. We have a problem that on most PC’s the report which is exported in HTML is created as part of a new mail, but on 4 of my machines the HTML report is getting generated as an XLS attachment on the new mail. Is there any settings in Lotus notes that is causing this as this is not being caused by the Export on Access.
