Dear Freinds,
I follow the steps as in help and some topics i found in this forum to rename/change certfier the user.
After that some of my user can not access their mail and their archive mail.
Any suggestion what should do here?

Is there and admin server on the mailfile ? if yes the rename is done by adminp process if you have to change manually the user name.
But adding an admin server will enable the adminp to do all automatically.

I have renamed, and run the adminp commang to update the addressbook. It works, I saw in acl in user mail file is also updated but some of them are not, and some of them who have archive mail database also get no update in their acl so they can not open the archive file.
Sorry… my bad english… hope you understand …
The point is : the rename process do not update the acl in the mail file database.

For them whom acl is not updated, is there a admin mail server in the mail file aCL ?

Yes it has the admin name in the ACL, and this is the way I do now.I open the archive database using administrator id and add open the acl for the user.
But I have hundreds of user, using this method will kill me…
