We are in the process of upgrading our clients from R5.10 and R5.11 to R6.02 using the silent install with the /s /v /qn flags however we have found that this is replacing the Personal Name & Address Book instead of only upgrading the design.
Does anyone have any idea what is wrong and/or how to fix this? We cannot do our upgrades until this is fixed and I cannot find any information on the subject anywhere.

If you have set the users up as Roaming users, the first time they connect they get upgrade, plus the bookmarks, journal names and id file get replaced.
Fortunately they are backed up with a .000 extension.
Have a look for names.000 that will be the original PNAB

Have you selected a multi-user install by mistake ?
