Just wondering if anyone knew where to get a db checklist of issues or things to check for in dbs that worked in R5 but may not work in R6. Thanks in advance.

The biggest gotcha may be with agents as the security model has changed.
Your best bet is to test each application with a non-replica copy on a ND6 test server.
