We have moved to a new server and R6.5 and the clients are not easily upgraded from 5.11 or 5.12. Using File, Database, Replace Design (Mail R6) and rebooting the workstation 2 or 3 times seems to get most of the 6.5 GUI, but the mail file remains at R5 (41:0) under the Files tab of Administrator. I have tried compacting the databases, but the File Format does not change from R5. Why not?
