I have encountered problem upgrading a Domino 6.5.1 server to 6.5.2 with the 6.5.x-to-6.5.2 MU/MR package but failed.
Checking the upgrade.log shows the following:
File uninst.dll failed checksum. (Found 0xd69cb81f, Expected 0x51345175)
The checksum should not have failed. No 651IF1 was installed, thus the server should be running on 6.5.1 core with no hotfix installed.
Please help.

Rename the file in question.
Than start over the upgrading.
There are possible more files to rename so you will have to do it serveral times.

Problem was not able to resolve.
Since 6.5.3 has launched, I am now running 6.5.3 using the full package to upgrade the server. MR/MU no longer work properly anymore for this server.
