Does anyone know which line in notes.ini changes the password prompt? I can strip the .ini and fix it - but would prefer just modifying the correct line.

No reason to reinstall - just strip notes.ini, it saves a lot of time. I was just wondering if there was a particular setting in notes.ini I could change.
