we have a strange problem:on a copy identical of true customer client 7.0.2 config we try to upgrade to 8.0.1 in respect of ibm official pdf with espacially the ncompact,ndesign and nupdall etc … of names.nsf et admin4.nsf etc…and apply the new version by install in place of cd v8.0.1 with no problem (answering yes in the console server askink to rebuilding all…)
but the build number don’t change staying always v7.0.2,(8.0.1 now in the register database of windows 2003!) it refuse the language pack of domino v8.0.1 saying to me that we are always on a 7.0.2 system
changing the notes.ini to forcing the 8.0.1 not soluce the problem and the value in server is always 7.0.2
I’m completly blocked
