I have upgraded 15 mail files tamplate from 6.5.4 to 8.5.1On 2 of them we can not see inbox folder. When I open nsf with users id, the inbox is empty. When I open nsf with admin user, I can see that there are more than 5000 mails unread in inbox folder info, but can not see mails. Unread mail count shows, that mails are there somewhere. How can I find them?
I first upgraded clients to 8.5.1 Then upgraded email nsf files at weekend.The problem is, that problem occured only in two files. Others are working fine.
I am worried about a file corruption. Maybe then during consistency check the file is repaired but with loss of emails.
