Hi all,just a quick question but first some background. I upgraded all domino servers to 8.5.1 fp2. I upgraded some of my users notes clients to 8.5.1 fp2. I have the line Create_R85_databases=1 in the domino notes.ini.
I then ran Load compact –v –c -n and the ods changed to 51. So this is all fine.
I created a desktop policy and where it asks for if running this version of notes: use this template. I have a * for version and mail85.ntf for template. I also have yes in upgrade the design of custom folders.
I then ran Load convert –s –u mail*.nsf * mail85.ntf, where * was the users mail file being upgraded to the 85 template.
When I get the user to then open there notes, the inbox and all their folders still have the version 7 look. If I then do a replace design and choose automatic, everything then gets changed to version 8.
Anyone have any idea how I can get the folders to change with out me having to do a replace design.
