firstly sorry if this is not the correct place for this question.
I am a business user who heavily uses a large number of group email boxes that receive anything from 600-1000 email a day. My question was around this and the routing of emails and what changes from a users perspective would there be in the routing of emails around these group email boxes in any upgrade to 7+
From what I see there is Quikr which lets users save attachments in a central repository… any other key points anyone could share

On the mail front, they should not see any changes, adding new tools like quickr can help you in a number of collaboration activities.
Unless it is urgent I would recommend to check Notes 8 or 8.5 which should be out soon.

unfortunately we arre a large corporate organisation so do not move quickly (still on office 03 etc ) but what I was looking at it was from a BPR (Business Process Rengineering) perspective in that I wanted to find out what the positives were on routing and re-routing emails so we could push and upgrades through as email traffic of 1000 mails a day into a group email is a one person job just to route them and we have several!
