Upgrade from 8.0.1 / 8.0.2 to 8.5 Error Popup

Hello Domino Admins,

I have a problem with update clients from 8.0.1 / 8.0.2 to version 8.5

I created a installation package which consist of the 8.5 MUI Client and two language packs (G1 and G2b).

On new clients it works fine but on clients with an exsisting 801 or 802 I get a error popup with the following content:

No access to “jar:file/c:/Document…/temp/WZSE0.TMP/updateSite.zip!”

Unexpected result have occurred during the provisioning operation.

See logs…

I checked the log but I can’t see there a problem.

The installation have been performed with full admin right, so this can’t be the problem.

The Client works fine I can’t determine any problems but the popup is very bad for my rollout on 1200 Clients.

Does anybody have a solution or idea for this problem?

Subject: same problem with 8.5.1

I receive the same error when I upgraded the client from 8.0.2 to 8.5.1.I think it doesn’t upgrade some eclipse component but not sure and no idea of the impact.

Did you have a solution?
