I have checked this forum and found many entries with this same issue in previous versions, but haven´t found a clear solution.
I have upgraded a six servers platform with two clusters, from 602CF1 to 603, and running on W2K SP3. We need multilingual mail with spanish as default, so after upgrading the main servers (two in a cluster)I replaced english with spanish, and added english as additional language.
After the upgrade many users have found lot of problems with “INBOX EMPTY” and messages that only appear in the all messages view, and deleted messages that appear again.
Olso corrupted databases and deleted documents after fixup.
Most of my users use iNotes web access, with iNotes5 format.
I´ve looked on the release notes and the red books but the steeps to follow are not very clear, and I found the same problems when upgrading from 601CF1 to 602CF2.
Could you please give me any advice on the steeps to follow in a clustered and IWA environment, and how to handle and avoid the “inbox empty” issue?
