'Updating search context' has encountered a problem

We have some users who are getting this message when starting up Notes and Mail…‘Updating search context’ has encountered a problem.

The message disappears on clicking ‘OK’ and all then works well. But it is a bit annoying.

Any suggestions to stop this gratefully received.

If yes - what caused it?

If no - what did you do as work around (disabling search bar?)?

We have a user who is continually faced with this error.

Although it is not critical, it is annoying.

The record has been closed. A programming error was found. The problem will be corrected. A fix is pending.
