$updatedby and search

Has anyone had a problem with this?

User searches the NAB and gets tons of results for 1 person.

The reason is that this person is in the $updatedby field. I know that is working as designed but is there anyway to return a result that makes sense to the user? The user doesn’t understand the search sesults.

I found this but want to see if others have experienced this:

Subject: $updatedby and search

I would do what the thread you link to suggestion. If there is a specific field they want to search then do that. Otherwise you always risk this result.
